Attracting Candidates with an Ethical Work Culture

How can neuroscience and academia help us create ethical workplaces? Marcia Goddard and Tamas Varkonyi both have academic backgrounds that lead them into people-focused industries. Universums’s UK 2021 report said that ethical standards are the most important factor for Black and Asian candidates when looking for a new employer, above pathways for advancement and even high future earnings. We’ll discuss how to sincerely create ethical workplaces, and how to show it to attract more candidates.
