How we hire

1. Apply
Answer 3-5 questions related to the job you'll do.
No CV or cover letter needed.
2. Review
Your answers are anoymised and randomised to reduce bias and are then reviewed by our team.
3. Interview
If shortlisted there are 2 interviews with different panels, one technical focused, one values based.
4. Hire
The team make their decision and regardless of the outcome, or at what stage, you'll be given feedback.
